Lunch at the Happy Veggie Garden Restaurant on Sunday 2/22/09. Tim and Liza have taken the twins to this restaurant a couple of times and they love it! It's an all vegetarian Chinese restaurant and it was good. I don't know how they make those veggies meats and fishes so realistic, but they are darn close! The taste and texture is so realistic you wonder if it's really vegetarian.

Aunt Dorothy blows out the candles on her vegetarian cake. It's made out of a squash and very similar to angel cake.
We also had fortune cookies and enjoyed reading our fortunes. Mine was: "There is excitement to be found everywhere you go." I found that very exciting!
